Here's my variation on the green bean casserole:
In a greased, 3-qt casserole, place (in order)
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 can green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 t Italian seasoning
Bake for 1 hour at 350F.
